Singing Lessons with Carley Dawson Vocal academy
Carley Dawson, runs one to one lessons in Singing from her home in Lymington, and has been teaching singing for theatre schools, choirs, educational sectors and one to one lessons for many years. Carley aims to build confidence within singing, and teaches the core skills for vocal control and technique. Carley teaches with any genre, and can take students through their singing grades with ABRSM. Lessons are suitable for all abilities, from beginner to advanced.

Students have the opportunity to perform every year at a venue with Carley, with family and friends invited. It is not mandatory to take part in these performances.
Timings and prices
Lessons can be either 40 minutes or 30 minutes
40 minutes: £30 per session
30 minutes: £22 per session
Pay as you go
Trial lesson is half price
Lessons can be each week or every other week
Online lessons available
Book a block of 10 lessons (40 minutes per session) for a discount, costing £280
Lessons must be paid for before the lesson start time

Finally I have found the perfect person to re train my voice and give me the confidence to pick up the microphone once again. I discovered Carley after recently search for a local singing teacher and when I listen to her voice on her website I was blown away by her talent.
Once I met Carley for my first lesson she really put me at ease as I hadn’t sung in many years and my voice has changed. In no time she had me singing and bopping round her studio.
Now the sky’s the limit to what we want to sing together from Pop to Opera …. Bring it on! She stuck with me now!

for over 6 years. She is an asset to any business I found her amazingly professional, experienced, talented, supportive to all the students and extremely likeable!

Carley is classically trained and my family and I had the privilege to see her perform, and enjoy her beautiful voice.

Carley has been a great help to is in finding a singing teacher for our primary school daughter! She's not into instruments - just wants to sing! Unfortunately her school doesn't provide lessons as it would for say trumpet so we had to search ourselves. Daughter can't wait for her lessons and it's really giving her confidence and bringing out her voice!

Every lesson is an enjoyable one! I would highly recommend Carley as a singing teacher/vocal coach. She's really patient, knowledgeable and supportive. I'm someone who used to sing, but took a break for a couple of decades(!) Carley's been wonderful at helping me increase my vocal range and confidence as well as really improving my rusty old technique!

Carly is a very patient teacher. She listens well to your voice, and customises her voice exercises/ songs for you to practice, to best develop your singing. She gives constructive feedback. Carey has definitely helped with my confidence in singing and is developing my ability to hit some high notes I didn’t think I would ever reach! Very professional in her approach plus also makes it fun, a great coach and has a lovely personality.

I have been having lessons with Carley for a few months now and am loving it. I've never had singing lessons before and was not a very confident singer before having these lesson but Carley is very welcoming and doesn't make you feel judged when learning to sing. She helped me see the good parts of my voice and things I need to work on. The lessons are fun and relaxed.
