Terms and Conditions

Class payments, cancellations, and refunds

  • Payment is made monthly in advance
  • You will not be charged for the school holidays, so the monthly amount will vary
  • Payment should be made via direct debit on a rolling monthly basis
  • Payments will be taken on the first working day of every month
  • The fees cover all performances/showcase opportunities
  • We cannot refund for sickness or holiday absence
  • Cancel your classes at any time, however we do not refund for classes already paid for
  • Cancel your direct debit at any time

Workshop payments, cancellations, and refunds

  • Once an enrolment form is completed, payment should be made to confirm the space on the upcoming workshop
  • Until payment is received, the space is not confirmed
  • Payments for workshops are made via BACS only
  • If cancellation is made before 8 days of the workshop start date, a full refund will be given
  • If cancellation is made within 8 days of the workshop start date, including on the day cancellations, we cannot offer a refund
